Ice fishing the old way

If you're hooked on ice fishing, you can't wait to get on the ice.

This means loading all your gear such as shelter, buckets, augar, fishing gear, depth finder and ATV into your truck or car and trailor and driving to your favorite lake.

Now unload your vehicle and drag and /or tow your equipment to your first spot. But, wait! Don't forget to check the thickness of the ice before you travel onto it.

Or,just drive your truck to the fishing spot.
But then you have to wait until the ice is really thick. And what about a fishing shanty? You have to drag it out or use one that you can collapse.

After you drill your hole and get everything set up, no bites.

Time to pack up, move to a new spot, unpack, augar another hole and setup.

How many times do you want to repeat this?

And if you use a big permant shanty your pretty well stuck in one spot, or maybe you can tow it to each new location, or leave it and freeze out in the open.

Now add the constant fear that maybe it's to early and your going to break thru the ice.

There is a better way and it's called Wilcraft.

The Wilcraft Amphibious Ice Fishing Vehicle is a perfect solution.

Load the Wilcraft on your pickup and drive to the lake

Ice Fishing the Wilcraft way

If you have a Wilcraft life is much easier with more time for fishing.
  • Load all of your gear into your Wilcraft.
  • Load your Wilcraft onto your truck or trailor.
  • Drive to your favorite lake.
  • Unload your Wilcraft from your truck or trailor.
  • Cruise to your spot.
  • Using a measuring stick, drill up to three holes.
  • Position the Wilcraft over the holes.
  • Climb in, lower the Wilcraft, raise the cover and fish.
  • If they aren't biting, raise the Wilcraft and cruise to another spot.
  • Drill more holes, and fish.

What could be easier?
